Hi....Im having problems with my samsung sd-612b dvd rom not playing pc dvd rom games...it will play anything else ok just not them!!! i have tried upgrading the firmware from samsung support but it stops responding whist doing its bit....i am running it on win xp pro....some one told me to change the settings from DMA to PIO only....what the hell does that mean???? Whats the difference. Can anyone help??????

Just a word to any moderators reading this....problem solved...."if in doubt, give it a clout".......so i did.....had to buy a new one....can close this issue now....cheers.....lol!!!!!
