Should my HP psc print the alignment page every time I turn it on?

Seems pointless to me.

Unlikely. I've never heard of a printer doing that before.

When you use it, is the print quality OK or is the printout not straight? Just wondering if the printer realizes that the print heads need re-aligning and it prints the test page each time to try to tell you?!

I will again complete a full alignment check and post back.
