My HP Pavilion zv6000 has been running slow and shutting off for a while. It happens when I run games or programs or pretty much when I ask it to do some work. Some times it runs slow for a while then snaps out of it, other times it shuts down and when I try to turn it back on it shuts off again after a couple of seconds. When it runs slow the processor speed drops all the way down to 233 MHz. I'm unable to complete a virus scan because of it shutting off. What should I do. btw. my CD-Rom is broken
