My girlfriend has a new laptop that is already wireless enabled, it doesn't have a PCMCIA slot (hope i have the letters in the right order!) she wants to connest to the internet using a mibile sim card which would normally be placed into the PCMCIA slot. Is there something that can be plugged into a USB port and than a PCMCIA card slotted into that? I've seen plenty of gadgets that convert PCMCIA to USB but not the other way round.

Please note neither of us are computer experts so please give simple answers!
