Hello. Just wondering if anyone can help? I bought a scanner yesterday and I have installed everything onto my laptop and its all up and ready to use. But when I click start scan its says "scanner is warming up please wait" and then the green light on the scanner starts flashing red and everything freezes that is on screen. anyone any ideas of why its doing it and what could be done to fix the problem??
