Hello,

I had lots of spyware, iTunes wouldn't work and my new internet connection didnt work either as my computer could find no IP address. I decided to format my pc and reinstall windows. Doing this has caused major problems. My sound card is no longer recognised. In control panel> sound and audio devices there is nothing. I have used your scan, still nothing. There is one there, working perfectly untill I formatted my pc. Also my 250 capacity has shrunk to 127 as well. My pc is a year old. Plus I did not use the windows disk I bought with the pc. I couldn't find it so I used another instead. Any help would be brilliant.
