Hi, i built myself a new PC, It performs really fast.

It is a conroe e6400, 2048 mb DDR2 Ram, 7900GTO, running Xp Pro

But when i read from the Optical Drives the Whole Machine Slows Down, the mouse lags behind as does typing. Yet the app running from the drive is using like 2% CPU.

Does anyone know why this might be, i know it is not viruses as i had the problem before I even connected it to the web.

edit: oh and another thing, when it goes slow sounds also play really weirdly, like 2 or three times, and really slow also.
