I have an issue with my Gateway Laptop. When I start it up the screen stays black. Battery and power light are on. I have tried removing the battery, using power cord, putting battery back in etc. I don't beleive its a power problem. Computer books up network card doesn't activate and i've tried connecting it to another monitor and still nothing. Any suggestions?

Is this a new problem? Were things OK yesterday?
