If I open any folder that contains a video file, my computer does what I call a mini-crash. I first get the pop up saying Windows Explorer has experienced a problem and needs to close, then it sort of restarts, but not totally (screen goes blank then comes back, I get the pop up box warning me that auto updates is turned off, etc), but if I have something else open when this happens, it stays open, so it's not a complete restart.
Any thoughts appreciated.
