Hi everyone I hope some one can help, My computer went bang so I had to get another one, my new one operates windows xp it is a Phillips machine I kept my old HDD thinking i could use it as a 2nd HDD for storage, I bought an external hard drive enclosure for the old hard drive, thats ok but i cant get my folders to open, i get message "access denied" presumably because i had this password protected, I cant operate the computer from this hard drive as system Computer settings are different, but i can get to all folders i would like to be able to get to my files as they hold photos, letters etc.
Can any one help please in easy terms
