Did you physically change your hard drive?

What exactly did you change in the BIOS? The Boot Menu?

    Does the computer beep?

On page 50 of the manual there are instructions to clear the CMOS by shorting the jumpers. Although page 50 is in reference to passwords this might help your situation also.

Other drive? Can you please describe in detail what you did and or trying to do?

You added a hard drive? OK. Why did you need to change the BIOS?

Did you add a slave drive? Did you setup RAID drives? SATA drives? ATA drives?

Just adding a hard drive would not need anything in the BIOS unless you have some new configuration in mind.

The more details here the better.

Again clearing the CMOS is a general idea to get the BIOS to at least boot.
