What does Belarc list as the Main Circuit Board?

    http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html

If that is where you got the above info then try this tool:

    http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php

P4X266-8233 IDs the VIA chipset but not the motherboard itself.

I am guessing that there is a compatibility issue here but we can verify that if we can ID the board itself.

See if this gives you any info on the Mainboard tab:

    http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php

This app will also ID your RAM under Memory and SPD

    These results might be helpful.

I am guessing that there is either a speed and or density issue with that RAM and your motherboard.
