    Overclocking

Hey now that I got my computer running without it locking up on me, I want to over clock it. I tried going into the BIOS and doing it there but no matter what I change it to when I save the settings and restart it doesn’t like the change. The default is 166MHz and even if I change it to 167MHz it still goes back to default. Is there any way to change it? The funny thing is I’ve changed it in the BIOS before to 177MHz and it ran fine. What do I do? Also how might I go about over clocking my video card?

    Thanks
    Matt

(my CPU is AMD Athlon XP 2800+, Mobo Gigabyte K7 Triton series (GA-7VM400AMF), Video card Sapphire Radeon 9600 Atlantis 256mb)

Most of these issues are covered in pages 52 & 53 of the manual:

All pages 52 and 53 do is show u how to over clock the CPU and I already now how it just doesn’t always stay over clocked, and I want to now how to make it stay over clocked.

    Thanks
