Question I want to plug a keyboard into my laptop-but nowhere to plug in..

Im having to use a laptop for now as my pc is bust, and much prefer the feel of a keyboard- the fiddly keys are giving me aching hands!

my old keyboard plugged into my pc tower no problems.

at the end of the keyboard's cable its purple plastic, with a round metal end with two indents and 6 little metal 'prongs' within.
there is nowhere that fits it on this acer aspire 300 laptop.

is there perhaps an adaptor i can get to connect the keyboard on this laptop?

your help will be much appreciated..

You have a PS/2 plug and I am assuming that you only have USB ports.

You can get a PS/2 | USB adapter at any computer or electronics store.

    Just for example:
