nvidia bus clock
i have recently bought a new motherboard with 512mb ram and an AMD athlon 3400. i also got an nvidia geforce 6200 graphics card with 256mb of memory. everything worked fine until i used the forceware drivers on nvidia's site. i had the latest drivers and everything i did was fine, but then i used forceware to fine tune my graphics card. something must have gone wrong during "optimization" because i discovered that my agp bus clock had gone up to 83mhz (or 83 somethng) and was well above the red zone.
nothing has overheated or got hotter than it really should do, but any application using directx 9 or opengl suffers from major problems and crashes frequently.
any advice?
