Geforce xfx 7800 extreme version is lagging as hell in many pc games at very high preformance. On top of this i get artifacts too in form of colored boxes that is shaped like a DNA string who ends in chaos. The gpu temp is 62C* on mine, but others have about 46C*
I analysed the system to see if there were anything wrong with the hardware, and i found memory error. It says that it wasnt displaying the pixel it was supposed to. I think that this have something with the artifacts to do, just wondering if it is possible to fix this and if it is fixed if my laggs disappears too.
Im playing both battlefield 2 and everquest 2, both games lagging even on highest preformance. I also downloaded the latest drivers and even tried to use OMEGA.
I noticed a little increase in preformance on nvidia driver 84.21.
Also, i also forgot to add that the first 20 minutes from when i turned on the pc, the game runs pretty fine, then it start lagging and after about 5 minutes from it starts lagging it gets to the worst. I have spent many weeks trying to fix this and im frustrated and angry because i have to spend so much time on this. Often when it laggs i also experience that the sound laggs in the same way too, it seams like the gamegraphics is running slow, because i can shoot while reloading on battlefield 2 when it laggs.
I think it might be my screencard that is malfunctioning too, but if i have wrong i have to pay a lot of money for testing and stuff.
