hi can anyone help me my keyboard has a problem basically me @ symbol seems to have moved itself to where my " symbol is and vice versa also my pound symbol has vanished would anyone happen to know how i resolve this problem or should i just get a new keyboard thanks for any advice.twice

If your Keyboard is showing the wrong characters i.e. " instead of @ and # instead of £

try left Alt/Shift

Or go Start - Settings - Control Panel - Regional and Language Options - Languages - Details - and check it's set for English UK keyboard
