    Hello,

Yes as the PC starts up starting hitting the F2 key.

Look through the diffrent areas of the Bios you will see something for onboard graphics disable it, save and continue with boot up.

Try that first be carefull as to what your doing or disabling.

Did you get a driver disk with your new card? If so, run the new driver from there. If not, download it from the card manufacturer's website. Once you have the correct driver, you can install it by going to control panel, system, hardware, device manager, find the new graphics card under 'display adapters' and right click on it, click update driver, click on 'no not this time' and click next, then choose from the loction that the driver is located either on the manufacturers's disk or a specific file saved to your PC.
    Hope this helps.

Make sure it is disabled in your Device Manager as well. Also, would be good to check that it's not starting up any driver install in msconfig.

Click Start -> Run, type msconfig and look over the Startup items.
