WHen i scan images into my scanner they come out too bright and have a lot of yellow in them like the image below i have tried adjusting the brightness and conntrast but still i cant get the true colours? please can you help?

You are talking about scanned images that appear to yellow and not images you print out correct.

What make of scanner do you have?

How does a web page look on your moniter?
