    Motherboard/CPU Issue.

Ok before I get started, my system specs are:

Athlon XP 2800 (i'm near sure of, but I need extra confirmation on that)
    AS Rock K7VT6-C motherboard.
    512 ram

Ok, basically the problem I have is that my processor is being capped or something, so it's working at a much lower FSB than it should be. It's (i think) an Athlon 2800, yet it's running at 1248. Now, here's some information on my processor:
    "x86 Family 6 Model 10 Stepping 0"

I'm unable to completely make sure that i'm using an athlon 2800, but i'm wondering if anyone can from that information?
    I need to know if:
1: I am actually using an Athlon XP 2800 and
2: If I am, how do I get it back up and running up to speed?

I'd greatly appreciate any help. Thank you.
