If they're both ATX, they should work together. However, are you sure this PSU works well with your motherboard?

I have an Asus P5WD2-E Premium motherboard, but from what I recall, there has been some issues with ASUS motherboards and the NEO line of Antec PSUs ?

Would this PSU below ameliorate the reliability and the safety ?
