Are they both fully compatible with each other ?

That is a very sweet motherboard but it does not have a 1066MHz FSB which that RAM is designed for.


I would suggest a single or pair of 1GB @ 800Mhz

As that board can upgrade to 8GB I wouldn't put anything less than 1GB sticks into it.
