OSD Caps lock notification...
Yesterday, I installed a bluetooth adapter on my computer. Directly after this, I noticed that I am now receiving a very annoying on screen display bubble message every time I use the Caps Lock key. Caps Lock: On/Off in the lower right hand corner of my screen. It's very annoying. Anyone know how to turn it off? I'm guessing it either was triggered by the bluetooth or (more likely) I turned it on by accident. I'm on a Toshiba Satellite A45 laptop. Thanks!

This is not an XP feature. I wonder if your laptop has no LED's on the keyboard if it is a substitution for that?
Toshiba does list a lot of issues with Bluetooth but I see nothing re: this issue.

What do you mean by "OSD"?
You might try a System Restore to a point prior to the problem:
start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore
Or this might be a Bluetooth feature in which case we can try to find out how to adjust the settings.

OSD: On Screen Display. I would do a system restore, but I tragically just renewed my Norton the same day that this issue popped up. (Literally.) In any case, it's just a little bubble notification in the lower right hand corner of the screen that says, "CAPS LOCK:ON/OFF." It's annoying, but not incredibly detrimental... I hope.
