i did what you told me and that is what i got
it still wont let me in the setup

An ntldr error outside of Windows is still an indication of a BIOS fault.
At this point my guess is that your CPU is not compatible. It is too fast. That board was designed for up to 1.0GHz.
Of course this is just my guess. I would be encouraged by some change in the error but maybe you should try another CPU.
