Found out about 2 weeks ago when trying to install a printer, drivers were unable to install because pc could not register the actual printer itself. I lost patience with that didnt really need to bother.

This time I got my new mp3 player and once again my pc is unable to spot the actual device. This time I was able to install the drivers but still nothing showed in terms of the actual mp3 player itself.

My motherboard is USB 2.0 I'm using Win XP SP2 and the mp3 player meets specs.

Oh and I also tested my old mp3 player which did show up as soon as I put it in as removable disk.

Please help.

oh and I tested all my usb slots 2 tto make sure they were working ok.
