I have an Epson Stylus All In One CX3200 printer and the menu navigation buttons seem to have 'died' in that I press them and receive no response. The main menu screen simply does not change. All other buttons work fine however.

Has anyone else experienced this problem and/or knows how to fix it?

Any help would be very much appreciated.
