Computer is a 2006 Dell model with windows XP. The printer is a HP 860C. The printer will constantly kick out paper with just a word or a few letters on it. This will continue until the printer runs out of paper. The only way to shut it down is to unplug the printer. I have tried going into add/remove programs, uninstalling then re-installing the printer. Also have gone into " printer" and "cancelled all printing". Have also installed a different printer, but it does the same thing of kicking out paper until the tray empties. I am unable to print out anything. I have ran norton 2005 several times but it is unable to solve the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
