hi can some one please help can you tell me how you can have the taskbar at the bottom of the screen when playin a full screen game please help

The two are mutually exclusive I'm afraid. A "full screen" game means it takes up the full screen. It runs in a different video mode to Windows so you can't see the Windows taskbar as well - otherwise, it wouldn't be full screen.
