hi just wondering if you could help im trying to install a new bit of 256 ram but when i install it after the initial boot screen i get an error which says System32\Drivers\Ntfs.sys is missing or corrupt but if i take out the ram my system boots up fine could someone please help

What is the Operating System? If XP perhaps this may help:
