    Question Sound problems

I had a technics 7000 musical keyboard connected to my computer so that the sound came from the technics 7000 speakers and I disconnected my normal speakers.I have now removed the software and the connector to the Computer and the driver according to the directions in the tecnics manual for un installation. My original driver for the speakers is still shown as C-Media AC97 Audio device but has a yellow question mark next to it.I have re attached the original speakers but can't get any sound.I have tried up dating the driver, removing it and re installing it but nothing happens.I get a message thatI have no audio device even though the recent re introduction is acknowledged.
I seem to be in a circular situation where I go round and round and get no where.Any help would be welcome.

The BIOS is the first set of black screens that you see when your PC switches on, just before it starts to load Windows. You can enter the BIOS configuration or 'Setup' screen by pressing a key on your keyboard as soon as the PC is powered on. The exact key to press will be listed on the screen as soon as it switches on - there is usually a line at the top or bottom saying something like 'Press F2 to enter BIOS' or 'Press ESC for Setup', etc.

Once you're in the BIOS configuration screen, use the on-screen instructions to navigate through the menu system until you find the entry referring to your on-board sound chip. Ensure that it is enabled. Save and exit and this will cause the system to reboot and load into Windows in the usual way.

Let us know if that helps
