Can anybody help! I keep getting a "cartidige jammed" message whenever I try to print and can't get rid of it. Any ideas please.

Have you tried taking out each of the cartridges and re-fitting them? I got a dodgy replacement cartridge (broken clip) for my Canon MP750 and I had to remove and re-fit it a couple of times before it was seated securely.
