I have new Toshiba M40-288 Satellite (German keyboard) Windows XP. I set it up in English but now I want it back to German - DE (Switzerland). I have managed to to find out how to exhange to German but whenever I open a new page the keyboard reverts to English. How can I set the keyboard default to German?
