my pc was very slow so i went to sytem restore and it shut down normal, then when i tryed to swich it back on it justs beeps non stop well i got to 21 beeps before i decided to turn it off....i am a pc games programer and i need my pc...please can some one help me

that would be a stuck key problem. thats the only thing i can think of that would beep consistantly as that. check every single key and see if any are stuck. this will take a while, but do not pound on the keys if your get frustrated, or they will most likely get stuck. I hope this helps.

If that doesn't help Philandloz, can you tell us the beep pattern? Beep codes are made up of short beeps, longs beeps and pauses before the sequence starts again, e.g. short-short-short-long-pause-short-short-short-long-pause. The beep code can be translated into a message that points you in the direction of the fault.

Do you have any output on the monitor? If so, can you tell us what make your BIOS is, e.g. AMI, Award, Phoenix, etc. That should be one of the very first things that appears on the screen when the PC is switched on - sometimes it's at the very top, sometimes at the very bottom.
