I can say that the nvidia fx5200 is a bad choice for any pc even though there are different versions if you have the 256mbddr version then you should have no problems but the 128ddr version has many driver problems so you need to download the updated drivers at www.nvidia.com but if all you are getting is a black screen you will have to reset the cmos. to do this you must take the battery out of the motherboard for about 1 minute to be safe then put it back in and turn on your pc go straight to the bios by pressing delete or f2 depending on the motherboard you have then load fail safe defults and try starting your computer up WITHOUT ypur new graphics card fitted. If this works you onboard card is enabled therefore you will not be able to use your fx5200.Look in your motherboard manual and find the jumpers that controll it and set it to the disable position. Then fit your new graphics card and plug the monitor cable into your new card and that should work!.

alright, I have had the same problem with Unreal Tournament. I hope thats what your talking about. but what you should do is use their own Software Rendering. Ir will work better than your graphics card and will render all the 'fuzzies' out. OK, if you have no idea what im talking about, i just need to ask what the problem is. OK, are all the words outlined in black and you can't see them?
