I've downloaded the manual for your motherboard and according to it, the CPU parameters are automatically set for the installed CPU. I'm still going through it though, and I want to do some research on your new CPU as well.

    Manual:
    (http://www.ecs.com.tw/ECSWeb/Downloads/ProductsDetail_Download.aspx?DetailID=30&DetailNam e=Manual&DetailDesc=L4S5MG/GL(1.0C)&MenuID=0&LanID=9)

Does the system boot with the old processor?

If it does, then either the new CPU is bad, it's not compatable with this motherboard, or there's a problem with the current installation/contacts/power etc.

If it doesn't, you may have damaged the motherboard installing the new CPU. (The manual covers this element with "CAUTIONS" in the CPU install section.)
