Hi

My son bought me a internal dvd rw drive (bless), Emprex 16x, I have fitted it as instructed, new drive set to 'slave' and old dvd rom drive set to 'master'. Even though it is recognised in device manager as working properly, it does not read or write. I have tried connecting the drive on its own and also reversing 'slave' and 'master settings, to no avail. My operating system is XP, any ideas?
