What problems are you having?

I noticed you also posted a HijackThis log

ALSO you do not have SP1 let alone SP2!

You should NOT be on-line without SP1!

This leaves you wide open to every virus out there.

Go to Windows Updates & get it immeadiatly please.

After your system is verified clean then you should install SP2.
