My Epson GT7000 USB Scanner has a film adapter for scanning slides and negatives. When my operating system was Windows 98 it worked perfectly, but since installing Windows XP it will not, as I am unable to select the correct option in the Document Source window, it only shows Flatbed Scanner. I have tried Epson Technical Support but they have not been able to offer any suggestion to correct the fault. The scanner works perfectly as a Flatbed Scanner but not as a Photo Scanner with the Film Adapter connected. Can anyone out there help me?
