Is this machine a "new build", or a machine that has previously been running?
If there is no display, check all your power and signal cable connections, and ensure the video card (if not onboard video) is seated properly in the card slot.
Please provide as much information as you can. (Unfortunately the ASUS site seems to be unavailable at this moment.)
ThaX, For your valuable reply..
This machine is previouslly running one.... All power and signal cables are connected properlly. it is a onboard video.
System is not performing the post. No display to monitor. I am sure there is no problem with the monitor as i tried with 3/4 monitors. I removed the hard disk and connected to another it is working fine...
I can not here a beep after i switch on the system. The yelow light lights and the green light lights.
Pls help me to rectify the same....

Something to try; remove the motherboard battery, unplug the system and let it sit for thirty minutes. This should reset the system back to factory bios defaults. Under these conditions, if components are OK the system should boot. Reinstall the battery, plug it in and attempt a boot.
If this doesn't work, and if you're fortunate enough to have compatable components available (or a friend willing to use their system/parts) try swapping things to narrow down the possibilities. If you're in this situation, start with the power supply. Just because there are lights/fans operating, it doesn't mean the P.S. is OK. Or as an alternative, you can obtain an inexpensive power supply tester at most computer stores. These usually range around $15.00 US.
