I would like to use a PC as a timer to give an output signal (TTL) to operate a shuter control box. I am measureing a light power, inputting the measurement into a spreadsheet or database which will calculate a series of times for a shutter to be open. I would like the PC to be able to use these calculated times to operate the shutter control box which has a TTL input.

Any suggestions will be appreciated
