    was workin now it isnt?

hey i have an amd k6 475mhz and it was working fine until i took it apart 2 put a cd burner in. to put a new burner in i had 2 take off half the case which the motherboard was connect 2 to get access to the other screws in the cd drive. after i did this i changed the drive and gave the computer a clean then put everthing back together and turned it on but there is no singal on the montior (it has on board graphics) i then notice then harddrive wasnt turning on then when i unplug the ide cable it turns on. i cant see any reason why this would just happen???? i tryed the harddrive in another computer it works fine so does the ram. please help thanks

have a look on the CD-Rom to see if the jumpers are set to master or slave

did you clean all the dust off in the machine? if you get no beeps it's sound like your motherboard may be gone
