Do you guys know how to replace a dvd bezel?, reason being the frontside of my PC is white and the DVD is black, looks a bit awkward, i have an extra bezel that came with the dvd which is white and i was just wondering how you go about acutally swapping them over....?

I got a black front panel for my dvd burnerbut my PC case is white.The burner came with a spare front panel(bezel) but idon't knowhow to take the black one off and replace it with the white one...can you giveme a walkthrough as to how to do this?

Do you have the manual? If not it is probably online. What is the exact make & model & # etc.

first you need to remove the drive, (or loosen it so you can get to it) manually eject the tray with or a straightened paper clip. then you need to remove the front of the tray itself (the piece with the glossy strip on it), then you can remove the larger drive bezel by depressing the 5 hinge thingies.

ok, never mind guys i found the manual it was down the side of my cupboard and it tells me how to do it, but thanks for replying anyway!
