in windows task manager under performance it says cpu usage 100% all the time should it ALWAYS be at 100%. its a amd sep 2600+ sempron with 512 ram.

It definitly should NOT be @ 100%. Machines usually freeze @ 100%.

Do you see a process on the processes tab that is using massive CPU % ?

thanks but it is working fine now when i am surfin the net and stuff now it only goes to about 12% and before it was 100% it just fixed it self???? thanks anyway
