    Computer was not switch On

I have s terrible problem. My machine was 4 and half years old. It was a Pentium III, 567 Hz. When I was on it, there were no any Beeps or no sound of reading hard disk. Only the two bulbs (Green and Red) are Switch On. What would be the problem?

The Red light indicates a total failure at the BIOS level.

What is the exact make & model of the computer?

Try unplugging from the wall for several minutes. Then also try this: Push your power button: (normally the red & green will light then the red will go out & the computer will boot) If the red stays on then power off: as soon as the green goes out power on. Off/On Off/On Off/On
    Try this repeatedly.

Next step would be to open the case & check all connections & seatings. This is often caused by a power problem. Perhaps just a loose connection.
