can you tell me how can i disengage my broadband connection from automatically starting as soon as i turn on the pc.i tried to uninstall it but it says there is a error (usbdel00.exe) and i cant find it on my installation disc from broadband supplier to get it. i recently brought a new pc and it works fine but this fault is on my old pc and have tried to take broadband off this pc without much luck and this pc is running windows 98 and my new 1 is on windows xp.please please can you help me
