Hi, I have just included a new computer on my network, (in an internet cafe), but for some reason it is only able to send packets out but not recieve any.
Any advice? I put the PC together myself. It has a celeron processor and a VIA VT8237R mother board. When I plug in the network cable, only one computer is blinking. HELP!!!!!

I found the problem people. The network cable wasn't crimped properly. Problem sorted out.
