hi just recently my computer hasnt been turning on, it lets out a loud beep and repeats the sound every 20 or so seconds the mobo is a p4s533 the cpu is a celeron 2.4ghz im not sure what its model number is but was bought a year ago the hdd is a WD 120gb and a maxtor 3.2gb ram is 256mb of geniric stuff and im running winxp. the problems happens randomley when it finally does come on (you have to restart it ) it gives a "during the last boot up your system hung for an improper cpu speedsetting your system is now working in safe mode to optimize the system reliability make sure the cpu conforms to the to the specs of you cpu" no bios settings have been changed since i built it, can anyone help?
