I'm running a Dell Dimension 4100 with Windows ME and recently I've installed a new printer (the aforementioned Canon Pixma MP780). The printer itself works fine; but after installing it, I have no sound! I believe my sound card is a Creative SoundBlaster 16, but I'm not entirely sure. I tried reformatting my hard drive and reinstalling the drivers, but it didnt work. Any help would be greatly appreciated...

go to Start/Run/ dxdiag | Sound

What is the device there?

Also check Start/Run/ devmgmt.msc for any yellow "!".
