can anyone tell me or have any idea why my pc should act like this ? AS SOON AS I FLICK THE SWITCH on the power socket the pc starts straight away but beeps continuous and displaying a message saying the pcu fan is not working and to turn off straight away .
I have checked this and the pcu fan is fine working well activates as soon as it is switched on some one did say it was the mother board gone but how can this be there is no control either with keyboard /mouse thanks for reading..jon

I would take everything off the board; clear the CMOS; & begin to rebuild it.

Re-seat the CPU & heatsink & fan; re-seat the RAM & Vid Card & try that.
