Hi guys
my problem is my PC wont boot. when i switch on i get the green power light & the red HD light but thats it - dont even get to the pre windows screen (delete to setup etc) so cant reinstall etc as doesnt get as far as reading from the floopy, any ideas what the problem is/how to deal with it, any advice greatly appreciated.

Can you provide some more detail? What Motherboard you have? How much Ram? What Video card? Etc.

Also, when was the last time your computer worked and did you install in new Hardware or software just prior to the system failing?

i dont have more details at the mo, is my home pc that the kids use, i do know that no hardware was added not sure about software - will post more spec details ASAP
